No Need to Explain with the Mental Health Mamas

Practicing Self-Compassion: Be Kind to Yourself!

Listen Later

We all make mistakes because it’s simply a part of being human. When you think back to the last mistake you made, do you beat yourself up over it or do you treat yourself with compassion? When you are struggling do you offer yourself kindness like you would for others? Practicing self-compassion is a challenge for many of us including the Mental Health Mamas. Listen in as we talk about our struggles with being kind to ourselves and some of the things we’re working on to be more compassionate toward ourselves.
