The PragMedics sit down with Matthew Heneghan, author of the book A Medics Mind. Matt tells us about why he chose to write the book and gives an in-depth look into his life as a military medic, his transition to civilian paramedicine, and finally life beyond. It is a gripping story. However, he is a funny and articulate man whose sense of humor made him one of our favorite guests. Oh, and by the way, we chat briefly about how he manages PTSD and sobriety.
