This is a Psalm about praise and worship, here's my points number one, Praise Him from the heart. Point number two, I have a reason to praise him. Number three, praise him all by yourself. Because sometimes you just have to praise him whether anyone praise him with you! As you praise him like David did in Psalm 145. Praise him with some crazy praise! Praise Him like it's your last day on the Earth. But do it with a heart of sincerity. Be real when you're praising!
