Today’s Scripture:

1 Chronicles 12:24 NIV

from Judah, carrying shield and spear—6,800 armed for battle;

Judah means praise. The Bible is clear that Judah advanced in the army of David with a shield and spear. Don't miss it. Praise is a weapon and it's also a defense system. The shield represents protection, defense, and covering. When you praise God, you are not just doing so in futility, but you are activating your protection, defense system, and covering. 

The basketball team doesn't go to the offensive team's side and call out defense, defense, no, it's only when the offensive team advances against you that you hear defense, defense! Praise defends us from the offenses and advances of the enemy. 

Spear represents offense and putting the enemy on the run. If you want your enemy to be on the run, don't forget that your praise is like a spear in your hands. Launch that spear like you know what you've got. It's your offense to put your enemy on the run. When you praise you weaponize it against everything that is coming against you. 

You have a weapon that the enemy cannot manipulate, praise is your power to move against the enemies, use it today and always to advance and overcome every attack from your enemy today.
