Pranayama is "the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises". While some Pranayama techniques can be advanced, we're starting with a beginner-friendly meditation to help you explore your breathwork practice. We will do this in a supine position, or savasana, and you're welcome to use whatever props you'd like to make yourself comfortable.
