Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) says it will not pay the 22-million-rand it allegedly owes to a cleaning service provider - Mbitha Consulting for services rendered over five years.
Prasa says it will approach the Supreme Court of Appeals to deal with the matter.
