Prasa vows not to pay service provider 22 million rand

Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) says it will not pay the 22-million-rand it allegedly owes to a cleaning service provider - Mbitha Consulting  for services rendered over five years.

Prasa says it will approach the Supreme Court of Appeals to deal with the matter. According to media reports, Prasa's refusal to settle its alleged debt to Mbitha Consulting could result in the seizure of its assets at Park Station.
