We watch the daily news or observe our local communities and quickly spot the heavy burdens our leaders carry. People in government, the church, and local organizations face incredibly difficult decisions every single day. When we disagree with their choices, it feels very easy to complain or let frustration take root in our hearts. We often forget the immense pressure resting on their shoulders. Yet, our shared faith calls us to step away from harsh criticism and move toward something much more powerful.
