Happy Sunday Everyone!!

Why is prayer important in life? How can prayer help you in your life?  

As a child I have prayed off and on throughout my life.  My prayer has not always been an everyday thing and as I get older, I have found that prayer is how we receive miracles in our life.    

Bible verse:

John 1:5:14- This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

Often we fail to have trust in our prayers, because it doesn't happen in the time frame that we want it too.  This is were hope and faith come into the fold.  If we have faith and trust that God will answer our prayers then watch the miracles unfold.

Tina's take away:  Today I will Breathe.  Today as I face challenges, I will call a mental timeout.  I will consciously breathe with my eyes closed and focus on slowing my in halation and exhalation.
