This week's topic is Prayer. Specifically, what it looks like to be a person of prayer, and how we can get rid of the stereotype that such people are only the spiritual giants who spend hours upon hours on bended knee.

Bo is joined by Senior Pastor Allen Jackson, and Student Pastor Mark Paul, to talk about Jesus' expectation that his disciples would pray. He didn't ask them to, or insist that they start doing so. He simply said, "And when you pray," knowing that they were already praying, and just needed some additional encouragement regarding the "how" part of it. Today's conversation acknowledges that, oftentimes, we need the same kind of encouragement.

Bottom line, prayer should not intimidate us. It should be something we do out of dependence on God, and excitement and enthusiasm for what he is doing in our own life, and in the lives of people all around us.
