Hi, I'm Brynne B. Nelson, the host of The Tuesday Morning Principle Podcast. Our guest today is Sister Alyssa Brimhall, who is a Millennial with some beautiful thoughts for us. We are talking about social media and the Gospel!
I have a book (The Tuesday Morning Principle: a Millennial's Guide to Daily Gospel Living) out on Amazon; the link is here:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TX15J3R/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=the+tuesday+morning+principle&qid=1611604440&sr=8-1
The Tuesday Morning Principle is the idea that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should be practiced on a daily, average, ordinary-life basis, as well as tips on how to do that.
Here's an overview of some of the questions we ask Sister Brimhall:
1. In Alma, we are instructed to “counsel with the Lord in all [our] doings.” What does that mean on a practical, day-to-day basis?
2. We know that we are supposed to have a prayer in our hearts always. How do you, personally, cultivate a prayerful attitude?
3. What blessings do you think come from prayer?
4. You are a mother to young children. What fundamentals do you consider most important to teach them about prayer?
5. Is there anything you would counsel against when it comes to prayer?
6. Do you have any personal experiences with prayer that you would like to share?
Would you like to leave us with your testimony today?
Tune in for some wonderful thoughts!
Can you contact me? What about following me on social media?
