Prayer Service on Swedenborgian Spirituality

Some Swedenborgians believe that Swedenborg provided some spiritual rules in margins of his manuscripts.  Rev. Dr. Jim Lawrence addresses that question in his article in the June Messenger called: Building a Daily Spiritual Practice Based on Swedenborg's Rules of Life Dr. Lawrence looks historically at how there came to be rumors about "Rules of Life" from Swedenborg.  He suggests that the man who gave the eulogy at Swedenborg's funeral wanted to introduce an idea of how his friend lived a spiritual life and described the "rules."
