Immaculate Virgin of the Miraculous Medal, you who decided to appear in front of Saint Catherine Labouré , today I ask you to manifest yourself in my life to attend to this prayer that I dedicate to you today, and that so much needs your help.

As you once said, you fill with blessings those who pray to you with their hearts , therefore, today I turn to you to let you know everything that overwhelms or worries me. In your hands I place this, my most special request: (at this point you must make your request clearly).

I raise these words confessing my most faithful devotion to the Miraculous Medal and, especially, to you who are a being of light that radiates trust and mercy, so that you have mercy on me at this time and can grant me the grace that I have come to share with you today.
