What is lament?

Lament is to express deep regret, grief, or sorrow and it’s very common in the Bible (there’s an entire book about it!).

Here are the main things we learned about lament last night:

- Don’t limit God: God can take on your pain, so surrender every emotion to Him.

- Within the heartbreak of Lamentations, there is a greater message of hope: God’s great love. (Lamentations 3:21-32)
