This book contains short chapters of proclamations or scriptures for particular problem areas in your lives.  It is kind of like a book of spiritual medicine will when practiced to memory will come a spiritual resource in times of personal trouble.  Results have been favorable for people who commit these to memory and recite them aloud, with faith believing that they will become the solution to your problems.  A personal note.  My reading abilities have diminished a bit, certainly not perfect.  The first chapters were learning experiences.  I have improved with time and if you listen I believe you will be helped with  problems in these uncertain times.
