The most godly person can say the most godly prayer and God can still say "no." Why is that? Is it because I asked in the wrong way? Or is there another reason?

Prayers

The first chapter of Romans prepares us for one of the most theological books in the New Testament. It tells of man's failure to know honor God and thank Him. It tells the consequences. It prepares those who study it to accept the responsibility for being a sinner. It also prepares those who study it to cry out for a Savior. This will be a very long study through Romans. This is only the first chapter.
