From day to day, and sometimes from moment to moment, we hear the depths of the truthfulness of a psalmist's heart, life, circumstances, thoughts, and feelings.

And because there is such raw truth to the words we hear and read, we can get comfort in knowing that just as our foremothers and forefathers of the faith raised the issues of their heart to God, we can and should, do the same.
