Michael Hoppe is a composer of exceptional melodic talent. He came to composing after a successful career as a senior executive for the PolyGram record label. Signing such acts as Vangelis, Jean Michel Jarre, Kitaro, ABBA and The Who, he quit the business of music to take up composing, and has since created over 20 albums, received many awards including a Grammy nomination as well as gold and platinum records.

In a particularly moving collaboration, he has composed music to accompany the CD “Prayers-A Personal Selection” selected and read by actor Michael York.
