Jonah chapter 2

1. The all-powerful God intervenes in people's lives (Jonah 1:17; 2:10).

2. You can pray to God from anywhere and in any circumstance; He hears when we cry out to Him (Jonah 2:1-2).

3. Let troubles cause you to turn your attention to God (Jonah 2:3-7).

4. God is the only reliable source of help in times of trouble (Jonah 2:8-10).

5. We must keep the vows and promises we have made to God (Jonah 2:9).
