This is the third episode of the Simply SHE Pre-Launch Series as we gear up for the official launch on January 7, 2020. On Saturday, November 16th, Simply SHE was live from Divas & Dolls Fitness in Temple Hills, MD. This is our first live episode and it focused on wellness for the "everyday woman": mentally, professionally, financially and physically. Our awesome panel of speakers: Kierrah Flipping, Maria Copeland, Ayisha Thompson, T. Humphries and myself give great advice, strategies and resources to help you Slay Hard Everyday. Some of the topics we discuss include the importance of maintaining your mental health and practicing self-care, monetizing your hustle and building your brand, becoming a frugalnista and steps you can take to rebuild your credit. In-person attendees also got a chance to participate in pole and chair dance demos with the instructors of Divas & Dolls Fitness.
