Sub Deacon Domenico Miceli preached about the Importance of prayer and fasting. He touched up on why is it important to pray and fast. How the Church teaches us to aknowledge prayer and fasting in our every day lives, when and where we should be using these awesome gifts from God. Also how important it is when we are fasting to acknowledge that it is not just about food but about our actions as well. He explained that our lives are to be a living sacrafice just as Christ's life was for us sinners.
