Residency directors at an academic medical center will discuss precepting and developing their PGY1 and PGY2 residents during COVID-19. Speakers will share lessons learned during COVID-19 and strategies that will be carried forward to subsequent residency classes. Current PGY1 and PGY2 residents will discuss opportunities COVID-19 has afforded them and resiliency strategies employed.
