I have been a kundalini yogi for 13 years. That was the entry point into my deepest healing and COVID lockdown was when I had my biggest kundalini awakening and made me pivot in my life and business.

My life story is a classic childhood trauma number of mental, emotional, physical and sexual abuse. I have had every addiction under the sun. I gave myself an autoimmune disease which the doctors said I would never heal but I did. When I failed my marriage 13 years ago I knew I needed to get to the root of all the trauma to be a better human being for my kids. That´s when kundalini yoga entered my life and life began to change and now is now an aligned blessing. The journey after 5 years has just got better and better and now miracles are happening over and over again.

Prior to that I was a hairdresser for 33 years travelling the world working in salons in NZ, Sydney, London, Zurich. Way back I did London and New York fashion weeks. Educator for L'oreal and Kevin Murphy.
