However, situations do arise and can make it difficult for even the best of us. Tobey experienced a traffic problem only blocks away from her home causing her to park her car and walk the rest of the way to her appointment.

Time of day and traffic. How long will it take to load in and setup and park? These are obvious considerations for musicians and DJs. Food and the "timing the souffle" can be quite an art. Some locations being historic sites probably were not designed with today’s needs in mind so these factors should be predicted and figured into the overall planning.

It all comes down to getting the job done beautifully and making it look effortless.
