This peaceful meditation focuses on techniques of relaxation and visualisation to help you prepare for childbirth, bringing awareness to your body on the inhale and releasing any tension on the exhale.
Starting with the neck and shoulders down to your pelvic floor and hips, Alessia guides you to breathe deeply, allowing your whole body to receive and let go.
Pregnancy can be an uncomfortable and challenging time, and meditation is a wonderful way to help your mind and body let go of any stress and tension you might be carrying.
This is a practice you can use during pregnancy, childbirth or any time you feel that you need to relax.
So when you’re ready to get started, come into a comfortable seated position or lay down on your side, take a deep breath and let’s begin.
