Pregnancy Morning Routine (Guided Meditation)

I couldn't find my perfect meditation for my morning routine during pregnancy, so I created it here. I wanted to incorporate a breathwork practice of connecting to my body, releasing tension and deepen my breath. I also wanted to incorporate feeling joy and gratitude and create a space to envision my ideal birth. Then from growing that inner joy, I wanted to envision sending it to all around me and the Earth with blessings. This meditation offers all of these elements and that space for pregnant mamas to take the time every morning for themselves, as I've been doing, and set the stage for a beautiful, powerful day.

HOW I DO IT: right when I wake up, I create a space for a morning routine. After drinking some water, I go to my birth altar and light a candle, opening up the space for dreaming and grounding. I smudge myself and look out the window at nature. Then I listen to this meditation, and then close out the circle by moving my body, thanking my guides and ancestors. This routine maybe takes me about a half hour every morning, and it sets the stage for me to begin the day really peaceful and grounded.
