When it comes to nutrition I like to follow a balanced diet - everything in moderation. But this does not always go to plan... I do like my crisps and chocolate too much!

Andrea is a super mom, Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Fitness Instructor, and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist. Her main areas of focus are Preconception, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postpartum & Infancy. 

Today she kindly agreed to share her motherhood journey and PCOS condition that thankfully ended in two successful pregnancies and gives some tips and advice on nutrition and sleep quality.
