The Power of the Holy Spirit has Conceived a Promise In You Pregnant with promise!
"Joseph, that which is conceived in Mary, that which is orientated, created and developed in her is of the Holy Spirit." Matthew 1:20
In the Jewish culture the engagement was a prenuptial contract. It could only be nullified by going through the formal divorce process.
Mary, engaged to Joseph, still lived with her parents, until the public marriage ceremony took place. The engagement period was usually entered into when the girl turned 13.
Mary was just a teenager when she was engaged and gave birth.
The angel who appeared to Joseph in a dream told him not to be afraid to take Mary as your wife also told him, "She will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people form their sins." Matthew 1:21
Jesus – the Hebrew name for Jesus is Yeshua and means Yahweh is salvation, restoration, and deliverance.
This was a prophecy fulfilled: "Behold the virgin shall be with child and bear Son and they shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, God with us. Matthew 1:23
Joseph arose from his sleep and did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife Mary and did not know her until she brought forth her firstborn Son, Jesus.
Faith! Trust! Obedience! All in the face impossible circumstances.
Pregnant by God! Never heard of before. Yet it was true.
Highest form of purity and simplicity, yet would have been considered scandalous, and impossible.
Beyond anything they thought of or imagined possible, yet God choose them to bring about His perfect will.
The God sized dream in you is bigger than your plan, bigger than your comfort, bigger than your expectation. It will require your faith, your trust and your obedience to the will of God.
What seems impossible or even ridiculous may just be what He is doing in and through you to bring about His perfect will.
