If you’re feeling anxious about your future at this time but don’t quite have the entire picture or all of the energy to see it through yet, I encourage you to think, feel your feelings and then release your attachment to how it will play out by bringing yourself back to the present moment. Under all of this Aquarius energy it can be so easy to get stuck in mind by fixating on all the ways you want things to change that you become paralyzed! Or, in a worse case scenario, allowing negative thoughts to cloud your mind and trick you into thinking your authentic visions aren’t real. I’ve been working really hard over the past few months to control my thoughts and shut out the negative noise I tell myself when anxiety, fear of losing control or overbearing worry flares up. It definitely takes practice but now more than ever, I encourage you to keep your thoughts positive and maintain a confident projection. Immediately swap out your negative self-talk for positive self-talk. You don’t want to miss or dismiss any unique and important instructions that may show up during this time to start guiding you to where you want to be. Keep your head up and pay attention!
