Carrying out his duty to Ward 69, Sting sets off into the night, to investigate a Rakdos rave that is violating dozens of zoning laws, unaware that he is about to meet his future best friend, a Rakdos DJ named Darryl Hall. The night quickly devolves, as the murder of a party-goer leads the newly formed dynamic duo into the dismal depths of the Undercity, in search of the mysterious criminal.
