9 months ago the three of us sat together in a room in Cambridge and talked about our predictions for the Premier League. We said some patently wrong things, some patently silly things, some things that kind of happened. But that was not the most important thing that happened that day. For that day, we brought together a Reading fan and Huddersfield fan… and in so doing, we made the most prescient prediction that we could have made this season: we accurately predicted the teams in the Championship Play Off final. So before you send us strongly worded emails about how one of the Team member’s claim that “central defensive midfielders don’t win you titles” is objectionable and barely worthy of public consumption, then just remember that we knew… we knew… the rest was just show biz…
