Back and forth, to and fro
Slow they come and quick they go
Light the way, split the dark
Every kind like Noah’s ark
Small black cubes, equal sides
Most are left unexercised
Clouds of thick, patience thin
Can’t switch off their relentless spin
Here and there, time to time
Living in this head of mine
Some are sung soft and slow
Where they come from I don’t know
Finders keep, losers dream
Limitless and evergreen
Watch them wail without a sound
When one is lost another found
