A titanic clash of the organic and the synthetic, ‘Gravity Games’ crashes about with gleeful abandon, guided by an unrelenting intensity and the sense that every space should be filled, every sense overloaded. Within these tracks respite is rare: precious gasps for air never far ahead of a tumbling return to neurological bombardment. ‘Skin Psychic’ is a tightly-wound, halftime stepper with glimmers of sweetness buried amidst its grotesque, heaving mass.
