L0N3R is a new imprint from French artist Elise Massoni, conceived as a space for inward movement.
Based around creativity practiced in solitude, the label celebrates a state of attention where ideas take shape quietly. An only child, Massoni frames music-making as a form of retreat, building intimate worlds and translating emotional and psychological textures into sound. L0N3R is rooted in that process: introspective by nature yet firmly grounded in rhythm.

5. Reference Point (Dub verison)
The label’s starting point is techno that rejects more common stylistic statements. Focusing on groove-led, stripped-back structures where rhythm carries warmth and openness, the overall body is characterised by sparse melodies and harmonies, adding vibrancy and reinforcing a sense of closeness even within forward motion.
Across the EP, different approaches sit side by side. Moral Disorder stays stripped back, with reduced melody and a strong rhythmic focus. Other tracks allow chords and harmonies to play a more central role, shaping the groove from within and giving the tracks a warmer, more expressive character. Shedding Fade, standing slightly apart, shifts the focus again, allowing a darker bassline to take the lead and carry the track’s story.
Beyond this first release, L0N3R is conceived as a platform for exploration in a broader sense. Although experimental, Massoni cited this as a space where ideas can unfold freely, making room for slower tempos, melodic evaporation, and more narrative forms that sit somewhere between club music and private listening.
The label’s debut EP sets the tone. Built around four to five tightly wound techno tracks, it reflects free-flowing, spontaneous jams - drums driven, machines focused, and deeply rhythmic.
L0N3R ultimately speaks to those who listen in their own rooms as much as on dancefloors, where music becomes a companion to solitude, rumination and repetition.
