Presenting more sundrenched sonic goodness from Mumbai musician and producer NATE08 with the second single ‘Afterlife (feat. Dappest)’ lifted from his sophomore album for London label Needwant. The full- length journey comes three years after his debut LP and arrives at the end of 2025 with a star-studded remix lineup that we can’t wait to announce.

Nathan Thomas aka NATE08 is a multi-talented artist who produces, plays live, spins diverse DJ sets and works as a session bass player. He has had many collaborations with psychedelic soul-savant Jitwam, all of this has placed him at the heart of a thriving underground scene in Mumbai. His solo work has made an international impact on labels like Needwant, not least with his 2022 album Furaha, which took in classic references from funk, r&b, and house and reworked them into heart-filled and club-ready sound with an inviting groove at their core.

Second single ‘Afterlife ’ is a slow-burning, soulful stepper featuring the raw, expressive vocals of Dappest. Built on deep bass, dusty percussion, and Nate’s unmistakable groove-led production, ‘Afterlife’ explores that hazy space between heartbreak and clarity.
