«I went out, in the wild.

Putting on my best wools, taking my skating shoes.

enjoying totally the calm on the white landscape.

the ice on the river felt beautiful so I forgot time and space, almost flying on it.

then I encountered reality again. I went too far, felt a danger beginning under my feet,

traveling through my body and leaving thru the hair.

Cracking and squeezing behind me, coming near, surrounding.

I felt extremely concentrated in the moment, in now.

Enjoyed the presence of the danger. The rumbling energy, just for a moment.

end I left that feeling behind.

Back to sure places, enjoying the calm.

Richer then yesterday is the now.»
