Step into cinematic electronica with Polycarp boss Simon Ferdinand's latest creation, the 'Six Months' EP. Born from a journey spanning Sicily, Baltimore, and Zanzibar, this musical odyssey encapsulates the essence of his travels and experiences.

Today, we're excited to premiere 'Broken,' the lead track from the EP. 'Broken' sets the stage with its enigmatic fusion of hazy, glitched-out jazz loops, expertly obscured and processed throughout. Ferdinand's masterful manipulation of loops and tapes ensures a constant element of surprise, never allowing for a moment of predictability. With a nod to the experimentalism and minimalism of Jan Jelinek's early 2000s work, 'Broken' creates a similar depth and complexity, showcasing a unique playfulness of sound manipulation.

The 'Six Months' EP will debut on vinyl on March 22, followed by a digital release on May 9.
