In this weeks podcast we sit down with Ryan Cresswell to discuss his time in property so far. We first begin with his story and how he used to work at a high paying job in London but left to pursue a career in property! We then go onto his first venture in property and some of the biggest lessons he's learnt. We then discuss his Rent 2 HMO business and how he was able to scale it so quickly.

As we come to close the end of Q1 in 2021 we decided to have a podcast episode with just us two going over our year so far. We've managed to do 3 deals in 3 months so far this year which is good as we're on track to hitting our yearly goals. In this weeks episode we're going through all our deals, what kind of deals they are and when we sold them. We will also be discussing some of our biggest mistakes and lessons from our first few deals. 

On top of that, we're also going to go over a few of the biggest misconceptions when getting into property sourcing & the harsh reality behind it. On this week's podcast we have Paul Tinker! Paul previously served in the military as a bricklayer and worked his way up the ranks before leaving and getting into construction full time. He now runs his own construction company and teaches property investors how to efficiently carry out refurbishments! 

We discuss the refurbishment process from analysing deals, all the way through to carrying out the refurbishment and working with builders and the most effective way to carry out each process! 

We also chat with Paul about how to compare different builders quotes so you know you are comparing apples with apples and finally we discussed how to agree payment terms with your builder and how no two builders will work in exactly the same way!

In this week's episode we have James Armstrong on the podcast! James is absolutely killing it in property at the moment and started his sourcing business in 2018. He now has 5 members of staff and is moving into his own large scale development deals!

This week on the podcast we have James Property on. James is a great guy from Yorkshire, who was studying to become a lecturer in sports science and nutrition before investing in property full time and now primarily invests in HMOs in Hull!
