This sermon looks at the many ways Jesus instructed and prepared His disciples for his death, resurrection, ascension, and promised gift of the Holy Spirit to be present with them as Helper, Counselor, and Advocate--the giving of His Spirit being the proof and sign of God's great love for us, as our obedience to Jesus' commands is the proof of our love for God in return.
