Turmoil is everywhere, politics is on fire, governments around the world are doing crazy things, this is a difficult and stressful time.  So what can we do?  We can insulate ourselves with a prepared life, from the decisions governments make, keep our house in order, participate in debate without causing mental injury and ensuring that government decisions do not affect our ability to provide for our families and to chase our dreams.
