This week we chat about personal fitness, it's free and simple.   No gym memberships, expensive equipment or anything else required.  Just your discipline.  We discuss the best prescription ever offered: take 30 days, walk 30 minutes outside, eat food - that's anything with a single ingredient when your hungry.  Drink just water.  After 30 days, you will be rested, revitalized and in control - self reliance personified.  In these chaotic times, we need to have a physical body that is capable of taking us through the challenges.  We think that this requires gym memberships, expensive equipment.  It takes patience to see through the time required and discipline to do the activities.  But the simple start point is absolutely free.  Thats the real price of preparedness, time.  This journey to be better capable and more responsible for our outcomes is free, zero money - just attitude.  So grab your coat, it is -28 deg C here in Ottawa, lets go for a walk!
