After 2022, you are likely feeling somewhat beat down and defeated, so this episode is about crafting optimism for 2023 and a roadmap to developing an outlook and goals for the new year.  I am your guinea pig, here is my plan for 2023 from a personal perspective, with the entrepreneurial episode coming later.  How I set goals, choose a priority, establish a daily schedule, motivation vs discipline, sharpen my saw and the benefits of minimalism and essentialism.
