More people are buying homes, money is costing more and the American Dream moves on. American Businessman, James Rouse, once stated in 1992 people spend more time in malls than anyplace else. Today with the changes in lifestyle, including how we shop as well the number of hours spent away from the office this has brought about a shift in the type of home people seek as well as where that home is located. At least one C.E.O says this is affecting the sense of community which once existed.
