MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred has said that "baseball will be back". But when? At this point, MLB executives believe the best case scenario appears to be June, but July seems more likely. Scott Boras has offered proposals for each scenario, which would include several doubleheaders and expanded rosters in order to maximize the number of games played.
