It's almost that time of the year, when the whole world is telling us to be jolly and festive and fun. But let's be honest, the holidays can also be exhausting, overwhelming and sad at times. Tune in as our Digital Editor and first-time mom, Nina Harada, opens up about her own struggles around this time. Growing up, Nina's family holidays involved mixing her mom's Japanese culture and her dad's Jewish culture. Her husband's childhood memories, however, are of advent calendars and home-made apple cider. Together they are committed to creating special memories for their almost 3-year-old daughter without unrealistic expectations and pressure for perfection.
