• As the boys get old along with our parents. We are starting to enter the tie of life often called the Sandwich generation. A generation of people, typically in their thirties or forties, responsible for bringing up their own children and for the care of their aging parents. This week Craig and I talk about what is coming up and how we can prepare the business and our families for the changing responsibilities we may be facing.
