Happy NACAC Conference 2021 everyone! This week's pod features my good friend Joni Klopp of Millersville University. We take some time to catch up and then we talk about our approach to this fall's recruitment. How are we building our schedule? Does the in person high school visit still matter? What pieces are we bringing with us? How do we plan on meeting students where they are? All of that and more on this week's episode of The Beebo University Podcast. Timestamps below:

52:00 - presenting virtually while in a staffed office was a disaster!
56:00 - self care/mental health and the value of STAFF at a university.
58:00 - what we have learned in the last two years that will always benefit us. EMPATHETIC RECRUITING
