On episode #143 I sit down with former Java City CEO, Craig Hettrich. Craig is now the founder and CEO of The Hettrich Group, where he helps CEOs implement processes and strategies to take their company to the next level. Today we talk about the recession that everyone says is looming and how to not only prepare for it, but be able to grow during the economic downturn and come out the other side bangin'! 

In 2008 Craig was with Nestle Dreyers and he shares how he was able to pivot/differentiate their offering, so they were the only division in the company to grow during the recession. Once the recession was over they were positioned perfectly to take over the market.
