In this edition of Maverick University, Pastor Ed Sweitzer (pastor of Trinity Baptist Church in Secane, PA and PBC graduate) challenges those preparing for and involved in ministry to be flexible and multifaceted in their role. Pastor Sweitzer explains the opportunities that he has had as the pastor of a smaller congregation to expand his role to meet needs in multiple areas of the ministry. He then challenges those seeking future ministry to make themselves as well-rounded as possible for any task that God would have for them.
