A member of the American Herbalist Guild and a teacher of herbal medicine, Cat Ellis iis also interested in survivalism and homesteading.  Through these interests Cat became interested in the art of prepping, the learning of hundreds of practical hobbies, from gardening to canning to self-defense.  Cat has since merged her love of herbal medicine and her love of prepping to write her book Prepper’s Natural Medicine: Livesaving Herbs, Essential Oils and Natural Remedies for When There is No Doctor.
