Jane believes that people buy from people and they buy from people who they know, like and trust. She's obsessed with people being able to connect so that they have enough impact in their communications; so that we can all go out there and help the people we want to help.

Jane finds that a lot of people think Personal Branding is this narcissistic look at me type of approach to building a business. But she doesn't think it's about that at all. She thinks it's about being able to connect, inspire and engage your audience. Not that it's about you, but it's actually about your client. It's about helping your audience become the best they can be, but you need to be really clear about who you are so that they can connect with that.
